Yesterday was a tiring day, I was shocked, a colleague in the division was down with tuberculosis, in short TB, or Batuk Kering, a highly contagious disease, possible airborne infection. She was actually hospitalized quite a while but only recently diagnosed. The worst part of it other colleague had visited her during her hospital stay without any warnings from the hospital authorities.
So yesterday after several desperate call to HR and Risk Management, finally in the afternoon all of us in the same division were sent to the hospital for an x-ray and skin test. So almost half the day gone. Anyway life still has to go on... despit eall the scare of Avian flu, Swine flu, Meningitis, spreading in Malaysia.
